When a booking occurs on your site, the traveler will receive an email with the ticket and booking details. Blend supports white-labeling the email sender name and email address so that it matches your brand. In the future you will be able to customize the email template colors as well.
Domain authentication
In order to send emails from your domain, you need to set up some DNS records. Blend uses Sendgrid for mail and so supports two methods of verification: automatic and manual. You can read more about the details of domain authentication process on the Sendgrid docs.
Currently the Admin Panel does not expose functionality to set up domain authentication. Contact us to get this set up for you.
The automatic method is prefered, but if you for some reason cannot use it, the manual method is also supported.
