What is Microstore

Microstore is a way to sell products from Blend with minimal effort. The installation is similar to the widgets and then you don’t, but on the products cards instead of navigating to an external page in your CMS, product details added in Blend is displayed in a modal window.

SEO (important!)

The best way to use the widgets is by having a CMS (squarespace, wordpress, wix etc.) describing each of the products you want to sell, and add the product-editor on each of the pages. This way the products will be optimized for Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Using a microstore is great if you don’t need a product and only list activities you want to sell on your page.

A typical example of a perfect microstore is someone selling accommodation but also want to sell activities on behalf of others on their page matching the location of the accommodation. Creating a good user experience and increased profit for both accommodation and the activity companies.
